our hope is you love your ledamae product, however if for any reason you are not entirely happy, please return within 20 days of the purchase date, please return items in its original packaging and any extra care taken to ensure safe transit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase, you would just need to cover the cost of shipping for any returns, shipping costs are non-refundable, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, if you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item,once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, we will then do an inspection and approval process we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, if any returns are damaged, it may not be accepted, if you are approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment, within 10 working days

our aim is to provide you products of the highest standard and quality,  if you have received a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us at hello@ledamae.com.au as soon as possible so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as quickly as possible,  in order to assist the return process, you may be required to send us images of the damage, defect or fault for assessment,  you may be asked to provide further information to support your claim to assist with our assessment of your product, if the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will replace or repair the product and we will cover the shipping costs of your replacement or refund the price of the product to your original payment method within 10 working days
